  For participants paying through their departments with a FOAPAL number, you can directly register online below.

  Instructions:

· Please submit your department's FOAPAL number below.(The FOAPAL number must be valid, or your registration will be cancelled)
· The Office of Women's Affairs will then generate an electronic journal voucher in Banner using the FOAPAL number, which you provide below.
· You do NOT need to submit a hard copy voucher. It is all done electronically.
